Composer Profile

Alan is a music graduate from the University of York, UK. He has worked on numerous composition and sound design projects for film and video games. Most notably, he has composed and produced original, award-winning scores for the film Evidence of Existence by Filmmaker at Large, and the original soundtrack of Trees for Life by Mousehole Films.

As a composer for video games, Alan has worked with a number of small independent development teams in which he helped to create After; a survival horror video game, and Caveman Jam; a fun and colourful platform adventure game. In 2017, Alan also won the Best Audio award at the Global Game Jam (York) for his work on The Adventures of Bat. Throughout these projects, he was responsible for the audio aspect of the games which included composing original music and sound design.
